the art behind the circuit

TrackArt brings together a background in architecture and design with a lifelong passion for motorsport.

a race circuit is defined by far more than its outline. its topography shapes its form, its rhythm and ultimately its identity. TrackArt studies each circuit as a whole, translating the characteristics that make it unique into sculptural form.

each piece is machined from a single block of stainless steel, bringing together motorsport, design and engineering in a limited sculptural work.

study

01

every piece begins with a detailed study of the circuit. Layout, topography, elevation and defining features are examined to understand the characteristics that give each venue its identity.

design

02

the research is translated into three dimensional form, refining proportion, geometry and surface until the circuit becomes a sculptural object while retaining its defining character.

form

03

the finished design is translated into physical form through precision CNC machining. each piece is machined from a single block of stainless steel, creating a substantial object with exceptional accuracy and presence.
